What to Bring to Your Appointment
To help your appointment go smoothly, please bring:
A valid photo ID
Your dental insurance card (if applicable)
A list of current medications

Completed patient forms, if you’ve filled them out before your visit

Keep Your Smile Healthy with Regular Visits
Regular dental checkups and cleanings help maintain healthy teeth and gums. Plan to visit every six months, or as recommended by your dentist based on your individual needs.
To help you plan your schedule, please allow 90–120 minutes for your first appointment. Routine cleanings and checkups typically take approximately 60 minutes.
